Any One Fishing Today!!!!

I'm may need to wait a couple of hours before I can get out to do some fishing.....how about you!

Got back home to Evansville (IN) on Monday afternnon after spending some time smallmouth fishing (FNF) on Lake Cumberlandand and just got the boat parked before the S..H..T..Fan...! Only fished Saturday, we had two 17" early on FNF, then holded up on Sunday because of the wind and said to H... with it on Monday and headed home (22 deg with rain in the forecast...guess I'm a Wimp!

Nice fish, I found an area in my back yard holding about 1 foot of water, big enough to fish in....I'm going out to see if anything is biting in that hole....Been couped up way too long since November 16th..... Just got a few weeks before I will be on the water again....:)

I've been wondering how you did. Two at 17" isn't too bad. Glad you made it back before the storm. It took me an hour and a half to get home from work last night (normally 20 mins).

I may be headed down for what might be the last FnF trip of the year for me this coming weekend if the weather holds.

Best of luck to you next weekend with the SM. This was (most likely) my last winter SM FNF trip to LC/DH. Waiting for spring and the "PRE-SPAWN BASS/CRAPPIE" season an KY Lake/Barkely. COME ON DOWN...COME ON SPRING!

Any chance you will be in Western Kentucky (March/April)? In the spring time, a West Ky fishermans dreams leads him to the twin lakes....even IF HE DOESN'T KNOW DU ..ABOUT FISHING! I plan on a trip or two to the north end of the lakes (Barley/Ky). If you'r coming down , maybe we could hook up? I'm about 1 1/2 hours from the lakes.
