First let me say how great it was to back on the water wow been awhile---The Lake looks good a bit of color the way i like it-- temp avg.48---water level is almost back where it belongs my guess is they shut the gate to get it back up--goodddddddd---fish for the day 5 not very big--none of my pet fish today--But i did find them out deep they looked like they were playing Poker with the one eye bass being wild lol--GL to us all :)

You are right about the level. I just got a email from John D Williams, District Fisheries Biologist, stating that the valves were closed several weeks ago. He also stated that they will evaluate the situation in the future to determine whether there will be another drawdown next year. If there is another drawdown, he says that the Dept will try to make the docks more usable.

yes around 30 boats but alot was looking for them crappie-some did good and some didnt do so good but then again thats fishing-let me know when you are going again--:)

Ain't been yet but I'm ready. Just got my boat back from getting a tune up. I would like to go tomorrow after all this rain if I thought the wind wouldn't blow me off the water.
