pro xs 225 question

the last 2 times i have been out, i have gotten the single beep warning from my engine. when i check water pressure, it is low for the rpm but quickly increases and no further warning beep. after i come off plane and fish a little, when leaving i get the single beep again. again, it only occurs once and then stops once i have gotten up to speed. water pressure again starts low but quickly comes up. any idea what gives or if there is a problem? at idle speed the water is flowing quite generously.

I assume you have a low water pick up, even if you don't you may be a little high on your jack plate. This is a good question for bass boat central.
Mine is not an Opti but I have gotten the long beep on the hole shot when the oil resevoir was low.
If these suggestions don't help check the BBC board, I know they'll help you.

have you checked the water seperator tank on the enigine... my dads new opti-max done that to and the water sepertor tank was full of water..

Same thing happened to mine water seperator was full... Do you have the monitoring system . It will tell you what it is. They only have 3-5 lbs of water pressure at idle speed.
