Barkley Lake

How is Barkley looking? I know it has been really muddy. Going down the 19th - 26th. Fishing Eddy Creek area. Anybody have suggestions to fish bays, open waters or rock edges? For crappie and bluegill.

i was out today and Barkley is still muddy. I was hoping it had cleared up but no such luck. With the water temps going up the crappie should start their spawn while your down here. Good Luck

Hopefully not all of Barkley where were you on the Lake?

From what i've heard Lizardking most all of Barkley is MUDDY...

Thanks for the responses. We are leaving early tomorrow morning. I plan to take lots of pictures and I will post some when we return. Along with our fishing report.

Good luck you can always trailer to Ky lake or even run there by boat. We will be looking forward to your photo's and report. Stay in the marked channels, Barkley is very shallow in places.
Buzzard Rock Marina has a good restuarant and this creek will probably be the cleanest water on Barkley now.
