Me and a buddy are going to Laurel bout 3 in the morning looking for some walleye. Any advice on how to catch them and with what? I seen on Kentucky Afield the other night, they was shocking them in stick ups. I am pretty sure it was laurel where they was at. Just wondering what techniques to use and what bait to present. Bowles I know you know where there at help a guy out.
Hey daniel if your going at 3:00 in the morning your probably going to be a little late. Remeber the places we trolled last summer. hit it with some topwater baits like i showed you. jointed biats and barely wake the surface. listen for the pops on top and that will tell you where there at. might want to check out marsh branch. should be some pretty good action there as well. need to hit the 9:00 to midnight frame. thast should get you some fish. also if you hang one don't force them in. they have some soft mouths and you will pull the bait out if you ain't careful. let me know how you do.
