took my gass tank out cleaned it, changed all the parts and when i pumped all the gass out there was some sludge and some sealacone floating on top. so hopfuly my problem of only being able to go 30mph with out bogging down is over. getting ready to take her out so everyone wish me luck. will report the outcome later.

Good Luck! Boat problems can be a real pain! It's really gratifying when you can get it fixed yourself, not to mention the dough you save!

I spent all day waiting to go fishing on that fixed boat, how did it go? Sorry, but ended up at work till 4 pm today. Good luck brother.

took the boat out and it is finaly fixed. cought a nice bass on the river and a bunch of stripers the most fun i have had fishing in 2 months. amazing what a fixed boat can do to your fishing.and it does make you fell good when you fix it yourself. well thanks everybody.
