Looking for water temp and color? Tournament on Saturday and didn't get to fish this past weekend. Everyone should come on down and join me. Great group of people and the fishing is great. Catching a keeper is a little difficult at times though. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, Bill...........
I was there yesterday evening looking for shellcrackers. grass has taken over. I started bass fishing, throwing a spook down the edge of the outside grass line and did manage to catch a 3lb bass. I saw one big bass sitting on the edge but I spooked her. Early and late I think would be prime time for topwater. The water temp was 69 and 70 degress.

Just so you know stratos they were here today doing some weed spraying. Definitely hit your area . Good luck on Saturday.

when they spray the lake, does it affect bass fishing?
I live in lawrenceburg and have never heard of this beaver lake. just wondering where this lake is. does it have a horsepower limit? any info would be much appreciated. thanks

I think it affects the fish to some degree. I have had both bad and good fishing after they spray the grass. The grass starts to die and it leaves the water with a nasty film over it and it also changes the water clarity. I don't know what it does to the fish biologically but it has to affect them somehow. It affects the fishermen more by decreasing confidence levels.
