A buddy of mine was telling me about a lake called willisburg lake I think. I live in frankfort does anyone have any information on this lake ...location, distance from frankfort, are there any fish in the lake and what type.. also can I run my 120 hp motor on this lake.

Willisburg Lake is known for it's bluegill fishin ,but does have good numbers of BASS & Crappie.
Lots of recreational boating :eek:

There are some HAWGS in this lake. We fish a bass tourny there each year and some of the biggest weights come in at that tourny. Get on the parkway and get off at the hwy 555 exit. You can run that big motor and there is only a small no wake zone.
:) i have fished that lake for years ,they are some HAWGS in there,my biggest was a 8.2 10 years ago, i,m disabiled now don,t fish as much as i,d like, thats the place to get a 6 to 9lb er in my opinion!
