P-Line
I purchased some P-Line FlouroClear 10lb test for shakey head fishing. Is this a good line selection for this technique?
I tried the shakey head fishing some last fall and caught a bunch of fish, but no size. Will this technique catch any quality size bass? Plan on throwing it some this weekend.

Re: P-Line
10 lb line is perfect for shakey head fishing wich is a great why to catch your limit quik! P-line is awesome super stong i used to use it but I switched to gamma which is even better. Good luck

Re: P-Line
I agree that Gama is the best, you also need to watch what knot you tie with floro, especially the cheaper florocarbon.

Re: P-Line
shaky heads do catch big fish dont let it fool you...its a great bait to get a quick limit also

Re: P-Line
All I use for shakey head's is P Line floroclear 10 lb and Spot remover heads. The P line is string limp and has good sensitivity, not as sensitive as pure floro but it is a great line. I has a Three lbr wwrap around a dock piling at Santee Cooper and this line held strong.

Not made the switch to flouro yet. I currently use sUffix mono 10 lb test. The ole shakey head will catch big fish. It's a great winter time bait and for pressured fish.
