how do you win the bullet boat? is this taken from a national pool or something like that?

In the past years they have pulled 10 boat numbers out of a can. Those anglers are called on to stage. Then they start an elimination drawing. Last boat number in the can of 10 gets the boat. The way I see it is if I don't do good in the tourney I still have a chance in winning the boat.
