boat washing

Hey guys I got a good one for all of y'all. I use meguiars boat wash and wax I have always loved meguiars products. They are none scented. I have noticed that the day after I wash and wax the boat that I don't seem to get as many bites and rarely any over 3lbs, but the 2nd time I take the boat out after a wash and wax I always do better even if the conditions are the same the next day. The third time I go out I usually do as good as the second day even if it is the same conditions and the same body of water or a different body of water I get the same results. I have been testing this theory for about 6 months now. I always use meguiars quick clean after each day but that don't matter. It is only the first time out after a wash and wax. Have you guys experienced the same or is it just me?

Use BBS after every trip it doesn't repel fish, just the UV rays and it smells good.LOL Have you checked the moonphase, barometer water conditions between the trips?

That's an easy one. "Your boat is too shinny, and they don't have sunglasses." Try BBS and catch more fish from a shinny boat..

LOL yeah maybe I should just wipe the hull down with lunker sauce after waxing

heck i better not wash and wax mine,i havn't done either in about 3years and if i caught less than i do now i'd just have to stay home..:)...
