Re: A Sitdown With Elwood.
Hit the big 329.6 this mornin fellas. I have a heck of a diet plan if anyone is interested, it requires major surgery, huge incision, and infection but sure does take the weight off. 362 on August 21, 388 on August 29th when released after surgery for they sure did lay the fluids to me over this week, 341 last sunday and 329 today. One more pound, most likely by tomorrow and it will be 60 pounds lost in 30 days, one heck of an infection if you ask me. Maybe I can patent this diet plan and make millions so I can fish my life away.
Thanks for stopping by Friday Billy and also thanks for the Mater Juice (One quart half gone). Thanks to all for the emails and phone calls as well. Hope to see you on the water soon. Back to the Doctor Tuesday and hoping he takes out this drain tube but the way it is still draining don't look good. Sure would like to tackle a few Stripers on topwater at the end of October but I would say that is pushing it so maybe I will play guide and put my Buddy Henson on a few and let him do all the manly work while I sit and watch. Talking about needing some self control to sit and watch a school of Stripers busting shad all around you and not picking up a rod.

Hey Elwood...I know you like betting the horses because I remember some of the past posts of your's describing such...I like betting the horses too....now let's fast forward to Stripers busting top water....I'm layin' it on the line right here buddy, I BET you couldn't sit there in that seat without casting your own lure if you happend upon a nice school chasing shad on the surface...there's no way! No man has that kind of self control, you know it, I know it and Fishin.com knows it, lol..
Ain't nothin' better than a nice cold glass of mater juice for breakfast with a splash of Vodka, some hot sauce along with an egg sandwhich with cheese melted on it....Yum!

I have been known to play a pony or two in my lifetime. Can't wait for Curlin to wipe the floor with Big Brown in the Classic to shut up their connections. The old saying be careful what you wish for is exactly what Big Brown's connections had better be studying because they can't beat Curlin. Great weekend this past weekend for stakes races all over the country. Saw a bunch of good horses that mental notes have been made to bet on Breeders Cup day at the end of October.
