I went last year and had a good time. Boone was gracious enough to share his boat with me.
Not sure if I'll go this year. I haven't talked my brother into driving past Cumberland on the way down. Also, the state high school football championships are that weekend.
i guess im jumpin the gun a lil bit about the get together. Im the only one talkin about it right now.lol I am headin out to laurel monday for a lil fnf fishin. I will post a report when i get back. Oh yea... right now Im waiting on my buddy to tell me if he can go or not. If not I will have a open seat. I will post if he says no. Any takers????
What are the dates for this event?
december 12 &13
hey what do ya know I'll be down there from the 10-15th. I might have to get together with you guys.
hey new river...
i would say that it would be very educational if u came out and fished or even to the seminars on friday night becuase some of the top fnf people are going to be there....
Anyone know where and what time the seminars will be Friday night? If I can get off work I think I'll make it down that evening and hopefully fish Saturday.

Hopefully, they will keep them at the advertised time this year. Last year they were supposed to be at one of the cabins at 7PM. I got there about 20 mins early and spent some time getting situated in my cabin. I walked over at 7 and they were finished because they decided to start early. I think that's the second year in a row the plans changed at the last minute without letting people know who were driving down.
know 1
i think i would have been pretty aggrivated with that i think u are right they should stick with advertised time because some people will be coming down after work and 7 will be close on time of arrival for most people.... but this will be my first year down there...
I wish jim would say some more stuff about it.. and verify its still going to happen and things. i would like to know where its 20 dollars a person for the tournament if 3 people can fish in a boat. I know that in a tournament its 2 people, i have fished plenty of tournaments, but one of my buddys would love to go with me and my dad and im just wondering if we could fish 3 people. I have culling clips and could keep fish seperated. I know it might be a stupid question but im just wonderin.

I can't speak for last year because I was in the hospital and was not at the get together. 2 years ago the confusion was due to which time zone was used in posting the times of the events. Cellina TN is in CST which puts them 1 hour behind us here in EST. I hope to be at the events as well and have always been in favor of using "LOCAL TIME" on all events. Some people like using EST since most of us in KY are in EST but there will be others from CST showing up as well and it just confuses everything. Just my opinion, post all the event times in Locat Celina TN time, which is CST and all those that are attending can adjust from there.
