I've thought he was litterally crazy for years. I'm not trying to be funny either that man is not mentally stable.

He did have a brain aneurysm...(being serious here, not joking)...and sometimes when people survive one they don't come back from that quite as "crisp-minded" as they were before. You get to messing around inside the brain and things get funky quick. Was he scatterbrained with verbal diarrhea before that? (I honestly don't know.) My Mother-In-Law had one at 53 and has not been the same since.

Also, John Stewart (he's a funny guy, I agree) is a bit of a moron himeself for making fun of Biden talking about his Beretta Shotgun. Stewart says that "I believe a Beretta is a handgun." Well guess what Hollywood, they make dang fine shotguns too. Stewart's subscription to Guns & Ammo must have ran out. LOL

Sad thing is Ted Kennedy has under gone extensive surgery as well for a Brain Tumor. Wonder if they fixed him? I heard he is doing well, if he comes back to work with some Conservative ideas then we will know it worked.:)
