This is SERIOUS. We need to stand up for our rights now! Taxes and gun registration, regulated firearms, what is next? BAN! When the government takes our guns we have no way of challenging a corrupt government! Don't ever let this happen!! Just look at the move towards socialism in the last election. It is coming.

I believe this is an old bill. According to the LRC online Bill Tracking system, HB 715 has been withdrawn. It was sponsored by Kathy Stein from Lexington, who is no longer in the State House but in the Senate.
