Two Days at Barren
A buddy of mine and I had a great two days on Monday and Tuesday. Had a double limit of black bass both days.
Fished all day on Monday to get the 12 keepers with the biggest being 4+lbs and about 35 total fish caught. Tuesday was unbelivable. We both had our limit by noon One was over 5lbs all were over 15" and one was a 16" smallie. We fished to 3 o'clock and had boated about 25 fish total. Little chilly outside but warms you up quick catchin like that.

Re: Two Days at Barren
Fished Barren yesterday from 9-3. Water temps 51 around the Narrows but much colder further north (46). It was cold, windy, and rainy but fish were found. One over 4 (19.5"), one around 3 (18"), a 15", and 4 shorties. The bite got better as the day progressed, although the weather never let up and we never saw any sun. Water clarity was about a foot at the Narrows.
