striper stocking on cherokee

can anyone tell me why they didnt stock stripers on cherokee this year?

Me and my boy bought a house on cherokee because we love to striper fish. Last year they had a fish kill and 2006 was a low catch year so can anyboby tell me why they didnt stock stripers this year?
