I know this probably sounds stupid to a few but how do you replace eyes on a rod? I just started to get into bass fishing and a guy gave me several rod in need of eyes and several drop ones for the eyes but were do I strt. Any help is appreciated.

What type of rods are they? Do the old eyes need to come off before the new ones can be put on?
