Went Fri.couldn't cast long before the eye's on my pole were freezing up so I took my grub off and put 3or4 minnows on and threw them in slack water by crappie rock. Pole went down hard and visions of a huge sauger or walleye flashed threw my head great fight on light tackle....channel cat will do that LOL. ended up catchin 2 before my beverages started to freeze....had to go then. waters droppin, it's going to get better..Chuck
