Any skips at C Hull dam

Anyone know if the jacks are at the Cordell Hull dam tailwaters yet?

You probably wont see them until end of march or even april. I never starrt fishing there until mid to late april. I know Ralph does the same if that tells you anything!

I figured it was a long shot but ya never know... Just got back from an extended weekend trip - if you look hard enough around that area you might find what you need though... ;-)
