Anyone ever use this or know anything about it. Basspro has it on sale 12 bucks a gallon. I have a 96 Evinrude 200, and have always used Evinrude xd-30 oil with no problems. At 12 bucks a gallon is tempting to switch. Thanks for any input.

I've used it in my Merc 225 EFI 1999 model. No problems whatsoever. I have used Pennzoil for years. I've used BG products oil,Mercury Oil, but it seems like Pennzoil was always the cheapest and easiest to find and I have never had an oil issue that I know of. Engine is still the same power heard from 1999.
good stuff
Used it for years!!!!!!!good as gold
93 Evinrude 150 been using it for the last few years.
Synthetic is what sold me. Been using it for 4 yrs on my 175 Merc Opti Max.
I have an 07 225 Opti-max and use it when Opti oil is not available. In fact I just bought 5 gallons from BPS while I was in Florida last week. I dont notice any difference when I run it versus the Opti oil and it is cheaper for sure.
I know other guys that run it all the time and no problems.

Justin, do you mix it with the DFI oil when you use it, or do you drain the DFI oil first, and them put in the Penzoil. I might try it, just dont know if its ok to mix the two together.
