She is pushing for another Stimulus package. Has been quoted at saying one just isn't going to do it, OMG. I feel this woman may be an alien from outerspace, she may have very well been obducted and experimented on with Shirley McClain, lol. Seriously this woman is beyond stupid it's down right scary.
Dang Mark, you got my hopes up! I has hoping she was needing brain surgery and already started praying for a botched procedure! Of course if drunk Ted can still cast a vote I suppose even that woman? could.... :(
Man this doesn't surprise me anymore.....disappoints me but does not surprise me.
Be afraid Mark, this woman appears to be setting the direction for America, and the President is not much more than a well spoken figurehead. Much better at acting Presidential than being the President.
Another stimulus package may unhinge the country, most anybody who's ever had their own checkbook is very upset about federal spending so far. I believe even Mr. Obama's star struck supporters are concerned, but can't admit it. Seen Col, Pontooner, or any other supporters defending the feds spending habits of the last 50 days?
The thing that frustrates me the most is the outright lies Barack Obama has gotten away with while he fiscally ruins America. Governmental transparency was a plank in his campaign, and he talks about it in every single speech. What does he do right off the bat? Helps force a trillion dollar spending bill through congress and doesn't even give them time to read it before the vote. He then takes 3 whole days to sign it himself after flying across the country to Colorado to do so. Anybody but me see how utterly absurd that whole fiasco is?
Another major plank of change in his campaign was his zero tolerance of governmental pork and waste. So far he's signed the stimulus and omnibus bills to the tune of 1 1/2 trillion dollars, each loaded with special interest pork from both parties.
His Treasury Secretary, tax problems and all has yet to even get a single appointment to stick after several tries. This is the guy we're depending on? So many of his cabinet picks had tax issues, Jay Leno joked the Obamas had to pick another 'first dog' because their initial one had tax problems.
Meanwhile he gets little but praise from the mass media and over 70% of citizens in the polls. For the life of me I just don't get it. And before you enlightened types try to hang the hate tag, I'd be raising hell about any President with this kind of record, regardless of his party affiliation or skin color.
If this is change we can believe in, we are in big BIG trouble folks. We're being led down the road to la la land, and it's going to be a long way back to reality.
Very well said Jimbo. Hey I really wanted to get behind this guy and see him succeed, because this country is heading for certain financial ruin if he doesn't. So far what I've seen is absolute obsurdity spending like this country has never seen by doubling TWO prior adminstrations together, yes TWO, check the math. Pelosi and Reid do seem to be calling the shots and I'm not sure either one of them wouldn't need help to find their way out of dark room. When they open their mouth all I hear is stupity. Yea...Change, where has the Rock star image gone now guys, it's fading QUICKLY!
You know I hate the way things are going and I am pissed at this Dem party but I'm also pissed at the Republicans that have set us up for this power grab that has taken place. If that party would have stayed a little closer to some Conservative values then IMO we would not be in this mess.
That's why I gave Mr. McConnell a hard time in my email....I said why did you wait to stand up and gripe about spending when the Dems wanted to do it? Where were you before? Look at what you did for the years you had the power.....typical dirty, fake and self serving politics.
I said I'd give him a year, but never in my wildest dreams did I imagine how his first 2 1/2 months was going to be. Pelosi and crew is like a bunch of kids in a candy store, but somehow the reckless federal spending has got to be curbed. One thing's for sure, ole 'I know I'm bad, but the other guy is worse' Mitch McConnell ain't gonna get it done.
