It sure would be great if there was someone that could post reports on Barren and Rough. On the fishing report links, there haven't been posts on these lakes forever. Just curious as to why, and if someone could start it back up. I live close to these lakes and would love to have a fishing report once in awhile. Just curious. Thanks.

I fished Skaggs just down from the 31E Bridge several times last week and did well with crappie and bass and people with live bait were really slaying them. I also saw some nice stringers of catfish. This week the water got glass clear and nothing was biting except the yellow bass. I bank fished Skaggs, Beaver, and Peters Creek today, again just yellow bass and bluegill biting with any regularity. The forcasted rain and warm temps next week should cause the fishing to kick back up again like last week.

Thanks for the report. Hoping to give it a try this next week. I'll report back on how I do.
