Cedar Creek sounds like a good place to fish, by all accounts that I am aware of. Does anyone know if there are rental cabins available on Cedar Creek Lake? The wife and I are looking for a place to spend our vacation this year and Cedar Creek sounds like the place to be.
I live in Danville -- about 20 minutes from the lake. I'm not for sure, but I don't know of cabins for rent. Danville does have a host of hotels though. Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn, Super 8, Comfort Suites, etc. You might want to check those out, but as far as cabins or chalets go, I don't believe there is anything out there like that.
Nothing by the lake, except a porta potty that gets burnt to the ground about twice a year. I think you can camp maybe. :)

There is a nice campsite near the tackle store .They have showers and bathrooms as well .
