Was at Nolin River this morning, headwaters of Nolin Lake. Water extremely clear and low. Fishing is very slow. Water temp 52.5. Needs to warm up some. Just a few white bass being caught. No reports of walleye. Use jigs with a real slow retrieve. We need some warm rain.
I thought about hitting Iberia next week. Any idea if that ramp is open? Once you go under the bridge there are lots of stick ups and cover...
Went down today, only caught one keeper bass. Fishing was slow. Water temperature was 50 this morning and 55 when I left about 2:00. Water is very clear around the state park. Iberia ramp is still closed as far as I know due to low water.
So Broad Ford (sp?) is not wired for sound? Never have caught it at the right time. I will have caught walleye for supper one of these days! LOL.

fished hard from daylight until dark..caught a ton of small bass with 2 16" fish..tried crappie for a couple hours had some small ones,tried white bass,some small one with 2 being decent keeper size,1 14" and one 16 1\4..fished from moutadier to dang near 3 fingers,didn't want to run any farther console fishfinder wasn't working..:)everything we caught was 8-14ft deep except the upper river bass.
