Mills, Big East, ACC, Big Ten(11) stats
Alright Clyde, once again your sports knowledge has proven to be FALSE (who Knew?). Here are the tourney comparisons among the three conferences which works out great since all three conferences had seven members in the tourney:
The ACC
Wake Forest 0-1
Boston College 0-1
Florida St. 0-1
Clemson 0-1
Maryland 1-1
North Carolina 5-0
Total 8-6
Four teams lost in the first round, 1 team out in the second round, only two sweet 16 teams and then UNC to the Elite Eight and Final Four. Better than the Big East? NOT EVEN CLOSE. Btw, their other sweet 16 team was Duke who got beat by….Villanova of the Big East.
The Big Ten(11)
Ohio St. 0-1
Minnesota 0-1
Illinois 0-1
Michigan 1-1
Wisconsin 1-1
Purdue 2-1
Michigan St. 5-0
Total 9-6
Three teams out in the first round, two more bounced in the second round, two sweet 16 teams and the Michigan St. to the Elite Eight and Final Four. Better than the Big East? NOT EVEN CLOSE! Btw your only other Sweet 16 team was Purdue…..who was beat by UConn of the Big East.
The Big East
West Virginia 0-1
Marquette 1-1
Syracuse 2-1
Louisville 3-1
Pitt 3-1
Nova 4-1
UConn 4-1
Total 17-7
Only one team eliminated in the first round, only one other team out in the second round. Five Sweet 16 teams, a record four teams in the Elite Eight and two teams in the Final Four. That is right, half the field in the Elite Eight and Half the field in the Final Four were from the Big East Conference.
It was a good effort though Clyde, no wonder your bracket is such a mess lol!

Would you quit basing your arguments on facts! This is a fishing board for crying out loud.
If Michigan State wins, I call PennState the champions - they won the NIT, beat Michigan state at home, and Michigan State beat all the other teams that had a claim.

No keeping Mills down. He's "the Hulkster" of the fishin.com off-topic discussion board. Just when you hit him with the finisher, he pops up with the finger wave and head shake. Then goes on the offensive.

Yeah, whatcha gonna do when the Hulkster runs wild on you.......lol:D
Re: Mills, Big East, ACC, Big Ten(11) stats
You guys have to quit with the Hulkster stuff! If you are going to quote someone, maybe a little Austin would be fine.
"That's the bottom line, 'cause Stone Cold said so!"

"Let me tell you sumthin' brotha" - Mills fits the cartoonish Hulkster profile much better than a Stone Cold Steve Austin. Hogan would take a rediculous beating and then totally no-sell it, just like Mills does on here. He'd always win despite having a repertoire of exactly 2 moves.
Speaking of which, youtubed a classic channel 3 match between two up'n'comers the other day - Stunning Steve Austin vs. Jeff Jarrett. Talk about weird. Jarrett had that long blond hair and so did Austin for that matter. They both had on retarded surfer looking dude tights on. Austin once wrestled at our high school when I was in 7th grade - I remember it like it was yesterday. He yelled at one of my friends while he was walking around the ring - "It's not my fault that your brother is the same person as your father".
