Good fishing accomodations North end of Kentucky lake
I am sure this topic has been covered numerous times but any advice on a place to stay at the North end of the Lake? It would ideally have cabins near the water with covered docks/electricity/ramp and a cleaning table. A no frills kinda place! Rates are important as most I see are $150 to $200 per night. I am intersted in going in April.
thanks for your help!
all input is appreciated

You might look at Malcolm Creek Resort or The Sportsman's for a little lower prices depending on how many folks in your group. The Moor's would be my first choice but you asked for no frills and lower rates.

Poplar Creek is pretty nice................but it misses out on some of the stuff you are looking for...........Namely not on the lake, and No cleaning tables, but they are the CLEANEST rooms I've stayed in down there.
Really close to Poplar Creek Ramp, and within 10-20 minutes from most ramps.
