Can someone give me directions to the new location? I was told it is off New Circle Road, but where exactly? Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm going shopping with the soon-to-be-wife today, and I need some where to look around as well.

how do their prices fair against sportsmans and bps do what kind a slections do they have there
I was in Backwaters Outfitters on Tuesday, great group of guys and they have a great selection of baits.

You will find the prices close to any place else you go. John does a good job at staying competive. If they don't have what your looking for, just ask Jack or John and they will get it for you. Backwaters is great to do business with.

You might be on to something. If/when I get married again I'll have my bridal registry at Backwaters. lol Know any single chicks that need an MRS title? I could use a half dozen of those Chronarch Shimano's with some GLX rods.
I agree 100%. Plus your spending money with a local company that sincerely appreciates your business which is always better than giving it to a chain store.

You were completely right -- great group of gentlemen willing to help. Mr. Meyers asked if he could help me twice in about 15 minutes! I talked to him a little when I checked out and he was very polite and courteous. I will definitely pay Backwaters a visit everytime I'm in their area. They had a rod representative there today, but I was too busy looking around. Overall, a great store, great atmosphere, and great help!:D
Sportsmans may have a bigger selection but Backwaters is far and above the better service. John Meyer is a class act and has always been gracious to me. I ALWAYS go there first to get what I need before going anywhere else. I just hope they can stay around and compete with Sportsmans for years to come.
