Guys......if we don't get control of this RAMPANT socialism........and these social experiments that are becoming commonplace, we will LOSE our identity as Americans.
I'm sorry, but this stuff just makes me SICK......
AND to think advocacy groups are ENCOURAGING people to move into foreclosed houses is WRONG.........I wish there was something we could do.

I'd think the people that actually used to live in those houses and at least made some payments on them would have more of a right to be there. But yeah, just move on in until someone kicks you out. Makes perfect sense.

They should all go to jail. It is trespassing, and not their home. It makes me sick.
Re: When is it OK to just move into a foreclosed house????
how would u like to be a realtor going to show off that property to a possible buyer and pull up and a bunch of hippies are living there.... do they just break in or how do they aquire a key or what do they do... i seen this earlier this year on tv and it made me so mad to watch it.... I just dunno about this ole world anymore......

I wonder who bears the burden legally if something happens to these people? Lets say someone falls and breaks a hip in the house? Gets shocked because of bad wiring? You know anything at all. Does the bank hold responsibility since it's their house?I guess I'm wondering if they can be sued by a law breaking person or family. How about these groups? Maybe they should bear the burden since they assisted in moving the people in there.

Man it's sad for sure and I would bet that somoene sues for the right to stay or sues for some damage done to themselves while breaking the law.
Think about all the Illegals that get away with breaking the law or homeowners/business owners who get sued for stupid reasons.
