green river tips
Im going down to green river on sunday and was wondering if anybody had any good tips for this time of year. I have only fished green in the dead of summer. I heard they were slaying them the last couple weeks but didnt know what end of the lake or anything. Any information will help alot. thanks

Re: green river tips
The best two items to take are your favorite jig and spinnerbait. We have done ok down there by slow rolling the spinnerbait across the bottom and then working the jig like you normally would. As far as the location to fish, just don't go to far from where you put in as there are fish all over that place :)

Re: green river tips
I heard that the bass are tearing up carolina rigged power worms in deep water....start at 30 feet and work your way out. BTW I also hear bread and butter is the color to use. Hope this helps...Just ask your partners dad I'm sure he knows.
