South Lick Fork Ramp Patoka ?????
I drove by the south lick fork ramp at patoka saturday on my way to bass pro in clarksville.. looks like a very nice area to fish.. can anyone tell me if the south lick fork ramp is a idle area or what.. and also is there a bunch of stuff under the water.. stumps .. trees or whatever to get into? looks like you can go under the road (164) and fish too?
Re: South Lick Fork Ramp Patoka ?????
I believe It's Idle zone almost all the way to the main lake I may be off a little. On the right side going to the lake you have a bunch of flats and points and on the left you have lots of timber and if the water and your boat allows you can go under the road.

South Lick is 10 MPH and there is lots of stumps in parts of it. You can go under the bridge, there is a power line that crosses back there and more trees. Like most of the lake it is crowded on Friday afternoon, all day Saturday and Sunday till midday. We put in around 1 today and there were only a dozen or so vehicles in the lot.
