Looking for another good Walleye lake?
I am looking for any info on any other lake that might have a good population of walleye beside's Nolin. I know C-land has some but I'm not sure where to catch down there. On Nolin we usually troll the mud point's and if we pick up one we'll go back and bounce nightcrawler's. Any info would be appreciated.

Re: Looking for another good Walleye lake?
Im not sure where your located or how far you are looking to drive but Brookville Lake in Indiana is a great walleye lake. Alot of 17-20 inch fish.
Re: Looking for another good Walleye lake?
Laurel has some nice eyes in it. We used to fish live shad from points and would catch big trout, smallmouth and eyes. All would be over three pounds.
Re: Looking for another good Walleye lake?
Thanks for the info, I'll have to give these a try when the flood's recedes.

Kydog, Cumberland has a good walleye pop. and they are scattered throughout the lake. Points, mud flats and obvious structure are the places to look, just like Nolin.
Re: Looking for another good Walleye lake?
I have caught quite a few out of green while fishing crankbaits for bass
Re: Looking for another good Walleye lake?
I caught them in the river(green),I figured they in the lake but have not fished down there in year's. I going to try C-land in a few week's.
thanks Dave

Wood Creek also has a good population of 'eyes

Paintsville and Carr Creek Lake are a couple more lakes that I've caught walleye in.
