I don't believe in ALL of the proposals in the 5 BILLION dollar plan, but I do believe holding teachers accountable, and tying financial rewards DIRECTLY to performance.

I don't like that the UNION can write a letter "bailing" out the teacher......

I DO LIKE the idea of withholding the money from states that don't release metric data to the FED.

I DO LIKE the idea of withholding the money from states that have rules and regulations in place that keep kids from going to CHARTER schools.
