Indiana Conservation Officers

Chuck and I was checked Friday by the absolute nicest Game Wardens I have ever encountered. They did their job and checked everything that needed checking and found nothing wrong. I make this post to say that there should have been a video tape running so ALL training officers could see the level of professionalism and respect conducted during a check.

These two gentlemen were not only profesionals but fished themselves and talked to us for several minutes about fishing just like they would have their own buddies. A big way to go fellas, the State of Indiana should be proud to have these two men representing them in the field.

Probably the same officers that checked me two weeks ago. Nice guys.

Does any one know why theyve been out in force this year?

Ive NEVER been checked before until this year and I kid you not Ive been checked 4 out of the last five trips!!

I live in Indiana and i really dont remember having a bad experience with our conservation officers. I've done a couple bonehead things like forgetting a lifejacket or my fishing license, driving offroad when i shouldnt have been, and using my outboard on an electric motor lake and yet they were always friendly, crackin jokes and talkin fishing.
