OK GUYS , The draw down that is so hot on here is FALSE . Some one called to sign up for an event and was told it was cancelled because of a draw down. I PERSONALLY talked to the owners of this event and was told that the pre-registration was down. THUS the amount of boats they were drawing was down.... HA HA man some people hear the words draw down and automatically think lake level . HE didn't say a word about the lake condition being a factor.

THE SKY IS FALLING, THE SKY IS FALLING...LOL! Funny how information is manipulated through the grape-vine. I've heard they are going to remove the Wolf Creek dam and return the river back to its original state. :D

Talked to a "qualified individual" yesterday who is paid with money from our licenses, if you know what I mean, who also confirmed it as a rumor but did mention that the grouting efforts at Wolf Creek Dam are not going as planned.:(
Rumors spread like wildfire. I would make sure that anything I post on here is truth before advertising it for all of fishin.com to see.;)

Just talked to the guys over at Marine Works. They are definitely moving the tourney to KY Lake and it has been rescheduled for May 1st. He said they just found out the C-land is going to be dropped another 15 ft before the tourney was supposed to be. Not sure the accuracy on the info about dropping the lake, but that is what the gentleman at Marine Works told me. Just passing along the info.
Now I want to put this to rest JByrd! I posted info on this website in not a rumored fashion as you so eliquently put it. I simply posted what I had read and asked if anyone had heard it. I went on to add why I thought the tourney was cancelled/moved and I was right. No one started a rumor my friend. Why don't you get on the guy for the BPS thread up there since you are on the "rumor" patrol. Some people on this board just look for something to show their knowledge about or to quickly kick someone in the you know what's!! Get a life!

If you will read my post I didn't point fingers or mention any names. I was just sharing what I was told by JOHN WEBB on Friday.. Didn't even know or really care who posted that it was being drawn down . AS for getting a life I have been blessed with a rather good one and am not quick to fly mad and cry if something I HAVE SAID turns out to be false . I just say well I must have been wrong.. sorry is an under used word you should try saying some time........
