Ikes or Frymans
Hey guys how are the creeks looking?? I have not been since last time I talked to Stoner from this board a few weeks ago at Ikes. I am taking my dad and plan on getting to the creek about 4AM for some bass and once day breaks try to catch a limit of crappie. My buddy and I a few weeks ago caught 2 10 inch crappie on a spinnerbait on a brushpile about 8 feet deep at Ikes so I am leaning to that area but I know that Frymans can be hot once the cooler weather comes. Any info would be appreciated and you guys can PM me if you like. This is the first time dad's got on the boat with me all year and I am hoping to load the boat full of crappie and try and put him on a 4+ bass for a good photo op.

Re: Ikes or Frymans
If you put in at ike's and go up the creek away from the **** my place is the first property on the right past the railroad bridge so if ya see me out say hey. The creek looks pretty good but is a touch low. I caught a few small bass the other night on the buzz bite but was only out for an hour probably. There is alot of timber floating from the last rain so be carful if you go. Good luck!

Re: Ikes or Frymans
Yeah with the full moon and the 60 percent chance of rain it looks like I will be going tonight instead of tomorrow. Has anyone tried drowning minnows around the waterplant or dock light half way down the no wake at Ikes for crappie after dark??? Dad and I have caught them like this on other lakes but never tried it at Stoner. Thanks guys!!

Pulling out in 30 to head to Ikes. Line should be wet around 815. Perfect timing for the buzzbait and frog. I will let you guys know how I done when I return.
