Try gold spoons fished slowly, spinnerbaits, or a minnow lure. If they are shallow they will kill spook/sammy type baits on the surface but may take many attempts before they get hooked.

I suppose they may, but you may be seeing carp?? Is the lake freshwater? Redfish generally feed face down rooting in the mud eating shrimp or crabs but may jump out of the water after finger mullet.
well its a freshwater lake but a big creek goes to the ocean so idk
Most likely mullet. Redfish rarely jump.
Lure to use try Bandit Tennessee Shad 100 series. I have caught reds on these when I live in Louisiana.
