Dale Hollow
Headed out to Dale on Friday morning and taking my dad for his first fall trip on the lake. Going out of State Dock, planning of fishing the bluffs and the grass beds. Any reports or info will be appriciated. I was down there end of October and lake level was about 5 ft over summer pool and water temps was mid 60's.
Thanks for any info.

Re: Dale Hollow
Sorry to dissapoint but Dale has been at 644 +/- 2 feet since September 15th. Full pool is 651 so it has been at least 5-7 feet below since then. Right now it is 643 and stable with temps around upper 50's to low 60's depending on where you are at on the lake and time of day. Just FYI because it is still basically the same level you saw the lake at the end of October because a foot or 2 variance at Dale is no where near as much as your flatter lakes like Ky and Barkley and it will not have an effect on the fish that much at all.

Re: Dale Hollow
Typo on my part on the over under part. Have the fished stacked up any in the creeks/bays or are they still scattered out everywhere? Any action with the cranks on the bluffs?

Fish are still scattered. 25 to 50 feet on main lake points and secondary points. Big girls are in the deeper water. We still need the water temperature come on down before the big girls move up.
Have a great day on the water.
