lol, i wasnt at patoka... they were **** slow ...bluebird skies and all. never caught 2 on the same bait. weird day really
That's a beaut, Embry. I've really got to get me a ladder for my boat so I can feel a bit safer going out on cold water like that. I might not be "afraid", but I've got a good healthy respect for hypothermia. ;) I'm just trying to rig something up where I don't have to drill any holes in my baby.

I agree that is a great looking fish. As for your respect of hypothermia that is a good thing keep a complete change of close in your boat. If you find yourself in the water stradle the motor and trim it all the way up then crawl in your boat.
that would work...unless of course your motor doesnt have a trim button on it...lol

I know the "ride the motor" trick", but I'm a big ol' hoss, and I wouldn't wish that on any motor. :D
