fryman ramp stoner creek

Does anybody have a connection with the proprietor of "frymans boat dock".. I would like to go up there this week but drove past there today and the mud from the flood last week is still on the road and ramp.... if anybody finds out when he cleans it off would appreciate it if you would post that it has been washed off.

They're closed for the winter but someone might clean it off. I've cleaned it off a couple times myself this time of year in years past. Just take a shovel in the back of your truck it doesn't take hardly anytime. ;)

I guess he doesn't have a lot of folks coming there this time of the year .... I like to fish there as long as the ice doesn't freeze me out..

how has the fishin been down there. Havent been there since summer last trip caught some nice smallmouth and several crappie

The bass fishing has been good for a couple months or so....croppie seems to be hit and miss but if you find em in a spot you seem to be able to catch several nice size ones...

If you are interested in putting in at ike's by any chance let me know, i can walk over and see what the ramp looks like for you since i am close. I have seen a few boats out in the last week, but i haven't talked to anyone to see if they are catching anything.

Thanks....I'll try that....I enjoy fishing the creek this time of the year but it's a real mess trying to get the boat in and out of the water with an inch of mud all around......if it's just on the ramp it's not too bad but if it's up in the road also its about impossible to not have it all over you.

Have F-n-F rods will travel. Anyone going this weekend that needs a partner let me know...
