Do it yourself reel repair
Where do you guys that rebuild and repair reels get the parts and bearings? Have an older quantum I was thinking about repairing and need the bearings. Found an outfit on Ebay called Boca bearing was wondering if there were any other sites that sold parts or kits?

Re: Do it yourself reel repair
I have a couple of the older quantums also and I emailed the company about getting them rebuilt and they said they dont refurbish the reels that i have but they did give me a couple websites that I might be able to get parts or service from but I didn't pursue it and have lost the websites but you might be able to email them and get some helpful information...
Re: Do it yourself reel repair

Re: Do it yourself reel repair
I know Boca bearings is one of the best.
I was thinking about upgrading my reels to the Orange Seal bearings, anyone have any opinions on them..........maybe I'll start a new thread.
