Orange Seal Bearings

I thought I asked this question but now I cant find it,

Has anyone upgraded the bearings in their baitcasters to the Orange Seal Bearings ?

If so, was it worth the money and how do you like the performance of the reel after the upgrade.

I haven't yet, but I asked the same question on another board and was told that they were definitely worth the money. I just haven't broken down and spent the money to try them myself yet.

Sounds like it may be a worthy investment.

A couple things that I picked up on the other site are to make sure you order them dry (no lube). After you get them remove the shields and put the bearings in acetone or some other type of cleaner/degreaser over night. Then put only a drop of good lube on each one.
From what I understand the cleaner will remove anything that is left in them from the manufacturing process and then you only want a minimal amount of lube in them or the lube will actually add extra resistance and you won't get the full benefit.
