Re: is it to cold for rick
whats happened to rickhise? he's the one guy that i look for on here. when he gives a report that, he has been fishing and caught 3 or 4 he always post some pictures of the lake, with the rock points, and his thumb in a smallmouths mouth. just wondering, if it's to cold for rickhists camera to work. he sure has posted some nice smallmouth on here, i like his reports.:):):)
rick doesnt have any success stories, fished hard today, nothing to show for it. I drifted shad, I sat on several spots that have produced, I tried to prove that temps at 40ish would produce ....
I watched boats around me throwing the fnf, didnt see any fish netted but as always on the hollow someone has the Kodak moment. AM water temp was 41 by the days end was up 4 degrees
blue bird sky's, mirror like conditions everything that usually works for my style, didnt happen

hey, it's good to know your still out their. i know you can catch them old brown fish. seen enough of your photos, to know that. hope you get on a spot where their stacked, and want that live bait. so we all can see the banks of dale and them brown fish. I haven't got to fish any lately, had a knock in my motor. tore it down, had a bad piston. ordered parts to rebuild. should get them tuesday. if every thing goes good, i may drown a few minnows next weekend.:):)
