Lost 6 of 7? I didn't follow them as close as some but did they have a bad recruiting class? Are they just not all in with the coach? What gives? Thats a big deal hero to zero.

Don they lost a ton. Four guys went to the next level. They have alot of young talent but it's gonna be a rebuilding process. This is exactly what I expect to see at Kentucky if three or four out of starting five move on. Calipari can't bring in this kinda class every year. The good thing is there will be alot of talent left behind to build on.
The NBA has destroyed the college game in my opinion.
I was thinking the same thing about UK. Happened to the Gators as well after their second Champioship.
Your right about the NBA....in a funny way i think it hurts them as well. The older guys have a tough time staying with a team when some kid comes in to take their spot and before you know it you have a team of kids making millions with little to no leadership.
Good point, I can see that.
Not the NBA's fault, it is on the NCAA. IMO basketball should be like baseball. Everybody who is graduating high school is eligible for the draft. You can still sign with a school, if you are drafted, you have a deadline to make a decision if you are going to sign with the pro team or go to college. If you decide to go to college, you are not eligible for the draft again for three years.
I like that idea except some kids are not big enough to play in the NBA right out of high school. Sure Kobe, Garnet and Lebron and a few others are exceptions. Why would they not implement something based on this? Whats the down side?
Lost way too much talent!!
