I blame you fnf fisherman!!!
I am soooo sick of cold, snow and ice. Will this cold weather ever end? With that said. I blame all you float and fly fanatics. I know you guys are are praying every night for those cold northwest winds to keep hitting thus extending your season. Remember some of us guys like warmer weather. lol

I know you're joking, but the weather has absolutely killed the FnF season for me. Here it is February and I've only been on 4 trips this whole season. Cumberland is flooded at this point and there hasn't been an opportunity to go any weekend in about a month.
Also, I like fishing the FNF just fine when the weather is in the 50's...as long as the water temp is cold enough.
Re: I blame you fnf fisherman!!!
Of coarse I am just kidding. It has been a tough winter to get the boat out of the garage.

Hey - at least we don't have to mow or do yardwork - that's one positive thing about the winter.

Just shoveling snow!
Re: I blame you fnf fisherman!!!
Yeah, no yardwork in the wintertime is a bonus. But some of the summer jobs are not all that bad... like washing your boat(wearing tshirt and shorts) after a hard days fishin. That's pretty nice. Man, this has been the worst cabin fever I have ever had.
Re: I blame you fnf fisherman!!!
i went on dale hollow this weekend, water was almost at summer pool, but i caught two nice smallies one hair over 20" and the other 19"!! :)http://sportsnation.espn.go.com/fans/JUSTJUNKMAN/albums/12571249/images/1296811

I don't do that. What's the point of it? I just let it melt, but I do have a flat driveway.
Re: I blame you fnf fisherman!!!
I partially blame fishin.com for my cabin fever. Most years, I just dealt with it and looked forward to spring fishing then turkey season. This year, I discovered the discussion boards and I think about fishing non-stop.

Take me take me. I joke about this all the time but I'm really serious. If I wasn't married with a daughter in college I would be gone so fast it would make your head spin. I have grown to HATE Ky weather. I mean seriously what do we get about a 100 or so decent days a year, and all the others ones s^ck outloud. Arizona is where I would go. I don't remember the weather in thi state being this bad when I was younger. If it's not raining and or storming, it's blowing wind 50 miles an hour. If it's not that it's snowing or 10 degrees. Or an Ice storm, wind storm, some kinda crap 24/7, I'm done with it. If I could talk the wife into it I would be GONE, SOLID GONE! Who in their right mind would want to retire here and have this as home base??
Sorry, Rant over now.
