It is starting to open up. Still can't launch a boat!
Drove up Sunday to look around, Osbourne, Painter creek, and Walls were all still froze solid. I could see a few spots here and there on the main lake that were opening up but lake is still mostly ice.

Patoka needs an ICE BREAKER . . . Or better yet a few weeks of 50 degree weather - then it could warm up!
This weather is horrible we need that 50 degree weather bad
