Brookville Lake Trip Sunday
When to brookville on sunday through the rain and the weather nothing a poncho couldnt fix. No ice on the lake some parts are extremely shallow even near the middle of the lake i saw it hit around 3 feet. We fished some points and near the damm n brickyard before we called it quits No fish. Tryed spinnerbaits, jig an i threw the silverbuddy near the whole time no bites nothing. We were the only sole on the lake besides 1 boat we saw when coming in. Anyone have any luck lately?

Only in ponds....they are warming up quicker. I caught a 24 in. 6-7 lbs. (??) bass last week in a golf course pond....+ several smaller ones. I am waiting to hit Boggs and Monroe for another two weeks. Anyone know the water temps. on either of those lakes? I'm guessing low 40's!?!?!
Re: Brookville Lake Trip Sunday
boggs was low of 45-46 around mid lake and over 50 degrees up feeder creek. and yes my temp gauge is accurate. was higher than i expected but warm rain will do that i guess. this was friday heard it dropped a couple degrees by sat evening.

Those temps dont surprise me. Surface temps will warm up quick and theyll drop quick to. It was 46 where i fished this weekend. We caught over 10 small bass, which is considered slow on this lake. Cant complain tho, i was expecting it to be even slower with the clouds and colder temps.

I buy the water temps....they will cool off quickly tho if it gets cold at night. Do you know how the fish were caught???
