The 2nd annual Shimano "FREE ENTRY FEE" Team Tournament will be held at Lake Cumberland (Conley Bottom Ramp) on April 17th. Tournament hours are 8:00am til 3:00pm.

$13,000.00 in cash and prizes are guaranteed regardless of the number of teams participating!!

To qualify for the NO ENTRY FEE tournament, each team must have done the following:

Each team member must have purchased at least (1) out of the following Shimano products to be eligible to participate in the tournament.

Qualifying Shimano product must be purchased at a participating dealer and have been purchased on Nov 1st , 2009 or later. (Borrowed equipment will not be allowed) Team members must have their Shimano Tournament qualifying rod or reel in their possession during the tournament.

It's like paying an entry fee to fish the tournament but at the end of the tournament, you get to keep your entry fee. Now that's what I call a great deal!!

Shimano has made it even easier to qualify for the tournament this year.

If an Adult will fish with a youth as their partner (17 or under) Shimano will not require the adult to buy a product for himself. To qualify for the tournament, the adult only has to buy the youth a Shimano "Voltaeus" Rod. The rod sells for $39 to $59 depending on the model. Think about it....you can fish a $13,000.00 tournament for $39 bucks. It does not get any better than that!!!
