How much do you think she weighs?

We were fishing a three acre pond in Jamestown Tn and I saw this fish laid up in a corner of the ****. All I had on that side of the lake was some crappie jigs. I threw in at her about twenty times and could not get her to bite. I called my wife over since she had a different color and she made the perfect cast put it dead on her nose and she did not like that and took the bait. My wife got her in and it was great. Caught it on an ultralight with 6 lb line. I figured she weighs about 6 lbs, we did'nt want to hurt her so we did'nt walk around to the other side of the lake to weigh her we let her go. How much do you think she weighs?

Nice fish! I would guess 7lbs?

very nice fish, it has the head of an 8 but the body of a 6.... I am still chuckling about how much does she weigh, at first i thought your wife or the fish...... sorry, its early and no coffee yet.....

Its too bad she didnt have any eggs.. The head on her is giant. I'd call it a 6lber, maybe a little more or less but i dont think anyone would agrue it being close to 6.

That was my thought, around 6 with the head of an 8+.

not much belly on her,id go 5.5, maybe 6

Everyone has said my guess...6.25 w/ a 8 lb head.
