Lost 1 quantum accurist pt and quantum tour edition rod has a strike king series three tied on it. Lost in the fishing creek area, towards the back. Lost in 12 ft water. Lure had one fish caught on it it was a keeper before i kicked the outfit into the drink, never seen or heard it go over. If found contact me thru board or enjoy it. Lol lol lol.

I had something like that happen to me on Kincaid once. I left and got me a stout rod with some stout line on it and tied a large sinker and large treble hook on the end then went back to the area and started dragging for it. I got it back just before I was ready to give up on it.
I was fishin a tourney. I had just caught a nice keeper and was unhooking it ,laid the rod down, put the fish in the livewell and turned around to get my rod and it was not there.We cast some deepdivers in the area but could not snag it, a lot of rock and brush were it went over. It was also the first fish of the day on the 3rd cast, lucky I had a backup rig and bait as I went on and caught 3 more keepers and came in third in tourney, cashed a small ck. So I guess it could be considered as a sacrifice to the fish gods, as I did good that day despite losing my fav combo, I also lost my fav hat Sat at Rough but caught fish.
